Message	If you are sure the code is cleared from the ecu? I had to temporarily use the resistor for a failed sensor and learned that the car was still in safety mode because the code hadn't been cleared manually. Maybe it resets itself over time. I would check it again to make sure it hasn't come back. I don't know if the 02 failure can cause safteyboost. The fact that you are wanting 14psi means that you must not be stock - how are you achieving 14psi? boost jets? EBC? Has it ever run 14psi?
